Caring for the welfare of our fellowmen is divine and holy. Christians and non-Christians are doing charity works on a daily basis. One of the well-known charity workers is the Catholic nun Mother Teresa. A lot of non government organizations here in the Philippines are helping other people to ease up their poor way of living such as the Philippine National Red Cross and other Christian civic organizations. It's quite hard to see that these groups "advertise" their good deeds for us to take notice on what they are doing. They are the silent workers that build a Christian nation like the Philippines.
Iglesia Ni Cristo cult is different. The "Lingap Mamamayan" outreach program of the INC is being used often during their church anniversaries. INC members boasts that they are doing "good" to the Filipinos while in reality, they are just using these charity works to put on a good face in the public. Unless, we see the real Iglesia Ni Cristo's attitude towards fellowmen. One of the fundamental teachings of the cult Iglesia Ni Cristo is that only INC members will go to heaven and the rest of us will go straight to hell. INC members often attack other religion on their blogs, chat forums and other mediums. Hatred towards other religion has been taught to the Iglesia Ni Cristo members. If Iglesia Ni Cristo totally rejects, abhor and hates other religion, how can we expect the the Lingap sa Mamamayan of the INC cult is genuine that comes from their heart? (if they truly have a heart for caring other people)
The Manalo Family has been ruling the Iglesia Ni Cristo for almost a century now. The INC leadership has been passed form one Manalo family member to another as if the INC organization has been a Manalo family affair only. Surely, INC members always refute that elections are being held in choosing their leaders. Well, elections are also being held in the Philippines but the political dynasty is even getting stronger here in the Philippines. Aside from the (political) power that the Iglesia Ni Cristo enjoys here in our country, MONEY is always has been the crown jewel of the Manalo family. Different land properties and businesses are being acquired by the Iglesia Ni Cristo inside and outside the Philippines. INC members feel the economic global crisis but not the INC church. The INC members continually decrease but the money and assets of the INC cult continue to grow.
The money being spent by the Iglesia Ni Cristo on their face-value charity works are no match to the money and assets of the Iglesia Ni Cristo. With the INC doctrine of hating other religion and just spending a dime compared to INC's fortune, do you think now that the Iglesia Ni Cristo Lingap sa Mamamayan is a genuine public service? Iglesia Ni Cristo has a Felix Y Manalo hospital near the INC temple in Quezon City but that hospital is not a public hospital. Poor patients and even poor INC members have to go somewhere else if you need a cheaper medical attention. Hypocrites? I couldn't agree more. Iglesia Ni Cristo has been known to erect numerous chapels across the country. have you heard any news that during storms or floods that INC opened their INC compound to shelter our poor countrymen of even their poor INC members who have been affected by National Disasters? Hypocrites? I couldn't agree more.
It will gonna be a cold day in hell when we can see that INC opened their compounds to shelter poor disaster victims. They would prefer to rot the calamity victims out in the cold before they open their churches to shelter the homeless. Preach if you are a minister from God, if not, just invite like a Good Samaritan and let ministers do the work appointed to them. Of course you must actively listen too, to feed your soul and strengthen your faith. As you can witness in most of all the blogs; if non members of the Church are not sincere in learning the truth and have a hidden agenda, they will continue to circle around verses to unrelated verses and evade the spiritual truth given to us by the Holy Spirit. Every member of the Church has its parts or given gifts, not all are appointed to preach as some will try to lure you to think so. Their deceptive minds have one purpose and that is to humiliate, trap and lead you with cleaver and twisted words like the devil. So just share your faith in love, reproof if you must, then kindly invite. It is their prerogative to choose the easy wide gate as prophesied, many will do. Really sad but God is just and fair. Give more time to search for the sincere few who will choose the hard and narrow gate to salvation. God bless and let peace reign in all of us.
